1. Know your diet: Yes, one of the most important factors you should look out for. Chalk out a diet plan, get an appointment with a dietitian and feel free to consult your ailments with peers. Remember, your aging process to a great extent depends on what you gulp. It's not rocket science to plan your diet. While ancient hypocrites often considered food as your medicine, but it's a fact that your body is intelligent enough to understand what suits you and what not. You might be striving to look young like a 20 years old, but face it the chemical reactions in your body has reduces, the bowel system isn't strong as before. Sleep - unlike youngsters - is an absolute necessity when you have already crossed 45. Well that doesn't mean youngsters can stay awake all night, but at 45 you can't sacrifice sleep even for a day. A good night's sleep helps the body to rebuild stronger cells. So here's your second tip - sleep well and rest enough.

3. Check on your stress: Obviously, being young and reversing age is not all that you care for. You may have various other things to do as well. And surely, you get worked up with things and stress is high. But as most doctors say, stress is actually the primary reason that deteriorates your health and accelerates age. So, take a deep breath, stay calm, meditate and hit the gym or a yoga center regularly before you are all worked up with your stressful schedule.

So, think twice before you are gulping a high fatty diet, planning a night out for a full night party or getting stressed for the slightest reason. Health is wealth - a proverb well said.
